Hi! We are Josh and Jessica Hill, the owners of JETSETTER Property Management, an elite property management company. Our family has always loved to travel and make memories together. We founded JETSETTER in June 2023 and it has been an absolute blast!

We are Airbnb SUPERHOSTS who have multiple properties in the Southeast, but most of our properties are centrally located in the heart of downtown Nashville. Jessica used to call Nashville HOME, and we both have always loved the downtown Nashville scene.
It’s important to us that we aren’t just your average short term rental. We want to provide an exceptional Airbnb stay with memories that will last you a lifetime! We have converted these spaces into a ONE OF A KIND short-term rental experience from the moment of arrival to departure.
